Mark buddy just under the thick brown bar in the middle of the page and on the far right side is a link that says "user control panel" - click that and you will be good to go.

Yep James W B just called me from Nashville and he didn't get an email either. I reregistered and after the crunch perhaps this can get sorted out and we can get our old screen names back.

Guys, I registered under a new name, and it all works now.

Lance, Brock, this would point to the passwords being sent as the problem. Something about the new passwords is messed up.

I like this large text box! May not need that edit button after all :o

I am just in for the first time today as "myself".

Clearly there are lots of issues being worked on. "why" these things are happening is not clear to me, but rest assured that we have a team of people chopping away at these problems.

Keep letting us know about the problems.

It is probably going to take a few days to sort all of this out, clearly the first priority is to get the log in creds up and running...

Ain't it amazing that we can barely go 24 hours with out the OLF.

I had some issues with the pass words etc... like ya'll but I think it's all worked out now (edit, for me anyway). I used the second password and the first thing I did was change it, than it's been no problem for me.

And as far as pictures go,

Attachment:
test-1.jpg

seems to work just fine :D

Hi from TomsOm28!

I'm not doing so well here. I was able to log in with the temp password, then after changing my password, couldn't login.

Tried 'forgot my password', and got the following by email:

Welcome to Official Luthiers Forum forums

In compliance with the COPPA your account is currently inactive.

Please print this message out and have your parent or guardian sign and
date it. Then fax it to:

OR mail it to:

been a loooong time since I needed a permission slip from mommy...

If I try re-registering as TomsOm28 I get "use name already in use' . If I Try a new user name (would like to change it) I get "email address already in use".

Brock and Lance, I'm not complaining here!!! Jusy miss my OLF! I'm a little worried that I won't be able to get there frome here! Thanks, guys!

Tom

Tom buddy log out and when you go to log in hit "forgot my password" or something that effect. Follow the directions, you will get a new email, click the link to activate your new pass word, and then log in. If that does not work consider re-registering with a new screen name until the issues are resolved.

Hope this helps ya.

WOW Kathy! It is a real pleasure to see you posting here. WHen I first started exploring the idea of building guitars, yours was one of the first I read and one of the most helpful too. I sure would like it if you came around more often and shared your knowledge!
