Anybody going to the woodworking show at the Big E this weekend?  I'll be working our booth at the School of Woodworking on Sunday - stop by and introduce yourself - would be great to meet some fellow OLF-ers at the show...

I didn't know there was such a show! I'll have to check out the BigE website and try to squeeze it in!

I stopped by "your" booth last night (friday.) They said your were not feeling well so they did not know if you would be there Sunday or not. I have a meeting (on plate tuning) on Sunday, so I know I won't be able to come by again. Sorry I missed you.

The show was good. I really just wanted a nice 1/4" chisel and did not find one. Well there was one from Japan Woodworkers for $110, but ...

The laser engraver was cool, the branding iron guy was neat too. The HVLP apollo sprayer seemed nice, but the guy was a little pushy. (Take the gun for a month, and if you don't like it send it back) Sheese I still have a gun in my shop that I have never tried.

I got a router table insert, the type you can adjust from the top from the guys sorta across from you. Got a nice piece of figured maple (for neck blanks) Also got some small junk from one of the junk tables. Stopped by Woodcraft after the show (10% discount& $5 off coupon) and got a few supplies.

Overall a worthwhile trip.

Overall a decent show.
