Congratulations, Lance!  And to all the contibutors, too, you make this a great place to hang out and learn.

That is one really great looking guitar!

Ok, for an unbiased opinion of the tone and playability.

AT first glance, upon tuning this little guitar up, I was quite surprised at its volume. Its
much stronger than you would expect.
Its an addy top and virtually brand new so I expected it to be a bit tight and it was.
My bud Steven was over last night and played it for about 15 minutes and had an interesting
and correct observation, the guitar has great sustain with a slow decay, and its loaded with overtones.
I have high hopes that as this top matures over the next several months it will sound like a very complete
and well voiced guitar.
The playability is excellent, which with Tim doing the set up, I fully expected it

All in all, I think everyone of you all would be pleased with it!

Thanks again to all of you!

Lance,
Thanks for the report and thanks for allowing us to give a bit back to you. You have truly built a fine community here. It has changed a great deal since there were only a dozen of us hanging out around the cracker barrel but it has seen positive and unimaginable growth. I hope this gift will remind you of past friends and as it opens up will remind you that the future is ahead of all of us to enjoy this great hobby and profession that we love so dearly.

God bless each and every one of you, especially Lance and Broc.

PS, I set it up on the low-ish side so you may need to toss a shim under the saddle if you feel like getting agressive

That's lovely!

Is there a story behind the inlay, or was that froggy just too cute and
he snuck on the headstock and no-one could bring themselves to shoo him
off?

know and everyone else to find out .
He wasn't sneaked on. If it was sneaky it would have been a sea turtle or some fish or something..
