Here in Michigan it is illegal to sell 190 proof Everclear. But the 151 proof is available. Can I use that for FP or will it cause problems?

I am in OH but I purchase my Everclear, online, from NJ and the brown truck delivers it to my door step. Now that I think of it, we have a huge grain alcohol plant about 5 miles from my home. I guess I should stop by for a visit.
