Lowes is clearing out their Hitachi SB10YI belt/disc sanders to make room for Porter Cable. While I am sure there are better sanders out there, this one has a heavy cast frame and cast iron 6x9 table and the disc size is 8" instead of the typical 6". The belt is the typical 4" x 36" size. It was regular $179 plus tax. If you talk to the manager you can easily get 30% off (more if you're lucky). $125 for this little sander is a good deal IMHO as it is much better built than other sanders in this low price range. I bought one and wanted to pass along this info in case it would help some other folks.
